The post title Who is the Greatest Footballer Ever? is a question which is debated each and everyday worldwide and one which never results in an answer to please everyone. So on Round Ball Passion I have decided to publish a poll and ask readers to vote for who they think is the greatest footballer ever to lace a pair of football boots and entertain fans the world over.
My choices of who I consider to be the 12 greatest footballers ever starts way back in the 1940′s when Ferenc Puskas and Alfredo di Stefano set out on their glorious football careers, and finishes with today’s modern footballing marvel Lionel Messi. My other nine selections are players who between them won all the game’s major honours and accolades during their illustrious careers.

Diego Maradona arguably the greatest. Made his mark at all levels both at National Team, Club Side, Junior Team. Stands above team mates. Football vision, passing skills, stamina, Speed, Passion, leadership. His team mates simply believed they are unbeatable once he is on the field. FOOTBALL INSIGHT is awesome. Refrence his passing skills that led to the final goal at the 1986 world cup final. Argentina-Germany ending 3-2 in favour of Argentina.
